I only see a big problem w/ my new diets next year as being on keto. This is why I have decided to do it just for 3 days/ week and I don't need to completely eliminate certain things during this time, reducing the intake is also suggested as helping too. Damn, it's hot out lately! 86 right now and going to climb to 95! I attempted to cut back on sodium and sugar today before my WCFP ride earlier. Wrong thing to do! Learned that you need to up your sodium when riding in extreme heat!!
